No, yoga experience is not required! Our goat yoga classes are suitable for participants of all levels, including beginners.

Have the goats been specially trained to participate in goat yoga?

Our goats are accustomed to interacting with humans and are naturally friendly and curious. While they may interact with participants during the class, they have not received specific yoga pose training. Therefore, they may cause some "trouble" (they will decide when and where to have a relief!), but if we can remain calm about it, it can also be an unexpected fun aspect of the activity.

What if it rains during the goat yoga class?

If it rains, we may move the session indoors or issue you a full refund.
