Guided Stargazing & Astrophotography
You will learn to operate a professional telescope and observe the night sky through the eyepiece. We will use the first 15 minutes to teach you how to use the telescope. Then we will let you find the interesting objects using an app on your smart phone, and align the telescope to them, zoom in and observe. We will also use a phone camera adapter to take photos through the telescope.
Price: $120 for a group of up to 4 people.

What can I see through the telescope?
There are more than 20 interesting objects to observe from the telescope. Jupiter, Saturn, Moon craters, star clusters (e.g. Pleiades).
Where is the telescope located?
The telescope is located in our observatory.
Is it cold at night?
Please bring warm clothes.
What if the sky is cloudy?
We will have to cancel the event.
Can I take photos through the telescope?
Yes, we provide a phone camera adapter that works for iPhone and Android, and an adapter for Canon DSLR.
Can I take photos of the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxy using my DSLR?
Yes, we can mount your DSLR (any brand works) onto the telescope to enable long exposure on your camera.
